THE SWIMMING POOLS
The apartment complex counts two heated outdoor swimming pools freely accessible by the guests.
The swimming pools are big the same: 15 meters long and 7,5 meters large. They both have the same depth: in the initial part they are 1 meter deep, then until 3 meters. We freely provide to our guests 4 sunbeds, a sun chair and towels.
THE GARDEN
Sara e Melissa House is surrounded by a 15.000sqm green and fenced garden.

TENNIS COURT
The residential complex hosts a tennis court accessible by our guests, booking is needed. 2 rackets and some tennis balls are freely available.
THE PRIVATE PARKING
A private covered parking located inside the residential complex is freely available for our guests over the stay and with no previous reservation needed.
